Description
Class B is a chemical for etching titanium alloys as part of the pre-penetrant etch process in non-destructive testing (NDT). It prepares titanium parts for the subsequent fluorescent penetrant inspection as outlined in multiple aerospace manuals, such as GEK 9250.
